Shipping policy
At Hello Lovely, every order is packed with care by our small (but mighty) team. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping schedules, and what to expect once you’ve placed your order.
Order Processing Times
All non-preorder items (including apparel, accessories, mystery boxes, and shop items) are processed and shipped within 10 business days.
As a one-woman packing and shipping team, we may experience slight variations in processing times—but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
If you need your order sooner, please leave a note at checkout, and we’ll do our best to prioritize it.
Trope of the Month Boxes
Trope of the Month boxes ship at the end of each month.
- Orders placed on or before the 3rd will ship that same month
- Orders placed on or after the 4th will ship the following month
Seasonal Boxes (Bloom & Bouquet)
Seasonal boxes ship four times per year:
March, June, September, and December
We aim to ship mid-month, but occasional delays may occur.
If your order includes a seasonal box and additional items, we will do our best to ship everything together in one package.
Combined Orders
If you purchase multiple items (including preorders), we aim to ship everything together whenever possible.
Please note that this may delay shipment until all items in your order are ready.
International Shipping
Yes—we ship internationally!
Please note:
- VAT, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
- Missing or incorrect shipping information may result in delays
